Sausage with Grilled Peppers & Onions

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 4 Italian sausages
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 2 yellow onion (peeled, and thinly sliced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Mustard and Ketchup for topping (optional)

Instructions:

  • Add sausages and fry over medium heat until cooked through
  • Cover skillet, and reduce heat to simmer
  • Toast brioche buns in toaster or on stove top
  • Fill Bun with sausage, top with onions and bell peppers
